We are a family of five (5 vehicles) and have been using Mark and the team at Kaiapoi Vehicle Maintenance for nearly 10 years. We always get such friendly, honest, and helpful service and know our cars are in good hands every time. For us it's a 30-minute drive, but we are more than happy to make the trip because the service and care we receive is well worth it. Mark is always willing to take the time to explain things to you, gives honest advice and really looks for the best solution for his customers. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can fully trust, but that’s exactly what we’ve found with Mark and his team. We wouldn’t go anywhere else with our cars! Highly recommend Kaiapoi Vehicle.

Highly recommend this workshop. I like doing my own maintenance however with modern vehicles sometimes you need an expert! I had an idea what was wrong but Mark confirmed this with a scan and clearing of codes. He was open with recommendations on the next course of action knowing I was doing this myself. If you want good genuine customer service from a bunch of good buggers I recommend this workshop. Next time a repair outside my skillset is needed I'm going back to them without doubt.

I am impressed with the quality of service recieved as a first time customer this week. I was able to drop my car in immediatly and Mark made room in the schedule to get my clutch replaced in 3 working days. I was contacted and talked through the cost involved and some worse case scenarios so I knew exactly what was going on. I wasn't expecting it back until friday afternoon but got the call first thing today saying the job is done. Exceptional service and very good value. Thanks very much.

Mark and his staff are amazing always there to support and look after your vehicles. The communication between KVM and the clients is amazing phone calls when your vehicle is ready. It is not always easy to find a trustworthy mechanic and Mark certainly is. I would recommend him to anyone wanting great friendly service and advice.

It always good to find a decent spot to take your vehicle. Both our vehicles get serviced and WOF here every year. Not the cheapest people in town but I’m pretty sure, one of the best, if not the best. The old saying comes to mind, you get what you pay for, in this case it’s a good thing. Mark is always very informative, never changes anything without asking and is always very clear on cost and requirements. As long as I live in Kaiapoi and the same folk run the place, I shall not be looking to go anywhere else.
